Andrea Cardona

Andrea has been working at Full Face Orthodontics for many years; prior to coming to Australia, she was working as a Chemical Engineer in Colombia.
​
She joined our team after being in the hospitality industry. Andrea loves interaction with a variety of people, and in accordance with this, she has acquired valuable skills in both administrative and customer service areas.
​
Andrea is a people person and loves to have a good chat and a laugh. Her kind personality suits our practice perfectly. She has excellent communication skills and with her warm and friendly nature will make you feel very welcome. Andrea also speaks Spanish and Italian.

Prior coming to Australia, my background was in Law Industry as I completed the degree in UAE.
​
I started working in dental administration since 2017 and haven’t looked back since. While studying Dental Certificate and working as a Practice Manager, I found a love for both the clinical side of helping others achieve their optimal smile goal, as well as the administrative side of working with fantastic patients. I was delighted to come across the amazing team at Full Face Orthodontics, who have helped me feel more at home in Sydney.

My focus is patient experience and I continuously look at ways that we as a service provider can improve how we help our patients in the best way possible with their dental needs.

Sarah Schinko

As a Practice Manager in orthodontics, Sarah brings a wealth of experience and a strong background in business management. After completing her apprenticeship, she gained three years of practical experience before pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business at a university in Germany, where she strengthened her management and strategic skills. Following her studies, she worked for several more years back home before making the exciting decision to come to Australia in 2019.

She has now been working in the clinic for over two years, and she truly enjoys being part of a fantastic team. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is seeing patients leave with beautiful smiles and helping those with sleep apnea improve their quality of life.

Sarah loves being part of such a passionate and supportive team, where everyone works together to create a positive and welcoming environment for both our patients and each other.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and meeting friends.

Caoimhe Ni Chobhthaigh
(Practice Manager for Miranda)

Caoimhe has been working in the orthodontic field for over 5 years, having started her career in the industry as a receptionist and gradually advancing through roles as a treatment coordinator, project manager and now practice manager. This progression has equipped her with a deep and broad knowledge of orthodontics, and she remains passionate about learning new things every day.
​
Originally from Ireland, Caoimhe moved to Australia five years ago. Before transitioning into orthodontics, she spent many years as a teacher, working in Ireland, Spain, and Vietnam. Her desire to try something new led her to explore the orthodontic field, and she quickly found her place in this dynamic profession.
​
A natural people person, Caoimhe is known for her friendly and approachable nature. She enjoys engaging with both patients and team members, and she strives to create a positive and welcoming environment in the practice. Her passion for helping others and making meaningful connections is evident in everything she does.

In her free time, Caoimhe enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures, and sampling delicious food. She also loves spending time with friends and is always on the lookout for her next adventure.
